This episode contains descriptions of sexual harassment.
In the spring, Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York bought himself some time.
After accusations of sexual harassment surfaced early this year, an independent investigation was begun. In the meantime, Mr. Cuomo sought to shore up his relationship with New Yorkers.
That report was released this week. And while people around the governor — and his critics — expected its content to be bad, it was worse than they had anticipated.
There have been widespread calls from the highest levels of the Democratic Party for Mr. Cuomo to resign. Will he go?
On today’s episode
Shane Goldmacher, a national political reporter for The New York Times.
